Oregon Series News and Announments

The following is a list of changes for the 2008 Oregon Series season. The changes will allow us to serve you better and provide for the sustainability of the Oregon Series.

• Event registration will begin exactly two months prior to the event. (Same date, two months earlier.
• The first two weeks of registration will be reserved for series qualifiers from 2007.
• After that initial two weeks, registration will open for all interested players.
• Event registration will end no later than one week prior to the event.
• Events will have a minimum of (2) 18 hole courses except Whistler’s Bend.
• Events will be limited to foursomes on each hole plus two ghost group per course.
• A maximum of 80 players will be allowed per course or per pool.
• The Oregon Series tournament fee will be raised from $3.00 to $5.00. $3.00 of this fee will continue to be used for end of year payout. The additional $2.00 will go toward compensating the staff for their time and expenses.
